2010 Season

War of the Worlds
First produced by Orsen Wells
Adapted from the novel by H.G. Wells

Rubber Chicken Theater and KUWS 91.3FM hope their next live radio collaboration doesn't cause a mass panic in the Twin Ports as they team up to authentically recreate the classic radio play War of the Worlds on Halloween evening, October 31, from 8-9pm at The Shack in Superior, Wisconsin. Admission to be part of the live studio audience is $5.00.

In addition to dressing in style, a handful of actors will be creating a wide variety of characters in this classic radio play, and the audience will be a part of the fun.  The Rubber Chicken actors will also be creating many of the sound effects live in front of the studio audience, including the horrific moment of the Martian spacecraft slowly opening and the creatures rising up out of the scorched earth.

Starring Brian Matuszak, John Munson, Pat Kelly, Jerry Bacon, Stewart Platner, Tom Mitchell, Tom Martinson, Nathan St. Germain, and Cheryl Skafte.
