Have Yourself an H1N1 Christmas, or, Snufflin' in a Swine Flu Wonderland
Holiday Comedy Revue 2009
Directed by Brian Matuszak
It's Rubber Chicken Theater's 2nd Annual Holiday Revue! Have Yourself an H1N1 Christmas features originally written and performed sketch comedy and carols that have fun with local, regional, and national issues, including the disagreement between Fond-du-Luth Casino and the City of Duluth, take a sneak peek at a UMD faculty Holiday Party hosted by Rod Raymond, and try to help out the Proctor Police Department by finding a winning bidder for their motorized recliner that looks an awful lot like a La-Z-Boy, but is not. It's not a holiday without Rubber Chicken Theater!
Audiences will also get a chance to see the debut of the new horror film “Parabolic Activity”, starring local meteorologists Dave Anderson and George Kessler. Be sure and look for the Super Secret Celebrity Cameo in the shocking twist ending.
Written and performed by Greg Anderson, Minden J. Anderson, Sharon Dixon Obst, Taylor Martin-Romme, Brian Matuszak, and Anna Vogt. Additional writing by Nathan St. Germain and Cheri Tesarek.
